Everything You Need to Know About Green Bird Ceramics

I have a varied and unique collection but realize that questions may come up at points during your browsing and purchasing experience. To make life easier for all, we’ve compiled a selection of common questions. I want to ensure your browsing experience is easy and help facilitate your connection with the works you see here.

ARE YOUR CERAMIC BIRD ITEMS ONE-OF-A-KIND?

Yes, each ceramic bird item is unique due to the handmade nature of my creations. While I may produce similar designs, there will always be slight variations, making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. That is the beauty of hand-made!

ARE THESE CERAMIC ITEMS SAFE FOR EVERYDAY USE?

Yes! All of my ceramic pieces are made with food-safe materials and glazes. They are perfect for both functional use and decorative purposes.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CERAMIC BIRD ITEM?

My ceramic bird items are easy to care for. Simply hand wash them with mild soap and warm water. Avoid using harsh abrasives or placing them in the dishwasher or microwave.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER OR PERSONALISED BIRD DESIGN?

This is not something I am doing at the moment as it is early days however I do hope to be able to take commissions/requests in the near future!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?

If the item is available in the shop, please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not currently as this is a small local operation so far however I will take enquiries for international orders and can set-up a custom order. Feel free to contact me to ask!

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

I take great care in packaging your ceramic bird items to ensure they arrive safely. However, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item, and I will work with you to find a solution. If the item is still available, I can offer a replacement but if sold out I may have to offer a refund instead.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly discuss options if your item is received damaged however as I am a tiny operation, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

CAN I VISIT YOUR STUDIO OR PURCHASE ITEMS IN PERSON?

Currently, I operate solely online. However, I hope to be participating in local markets and events in the near future. Follow on social media to stay updated on upcoming opportunities to see my ceramic bird items in person.
