Yes, each ceramic bird item is unique due to the handmade nature of my creations. While I may produce similar designs, there will always be slight variations, making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. That is the beauty of hand-made!

Are these ceramics dishwasher safe?

While our functional stoneware ceramics are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing for longevity and optimal care. Due to the handmade nature of these items, hand washing helps maintain their quality and prolongs their lifespan, ensuring they continue to look beautiful and serve you well over time. Use a gentle dish soap and avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.

Can I request a custom order or personalised bird design?

Yes! I take on commissions on a case-by-case basis as I carefully consider whether I have the capacity to take on your request to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the outcome. If you are interested in a custom project, please feel free to send a message so we can discuss your needs and determine if we can work together to create something unique and special for you.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

If the item is available in the shop, please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we're sending within Australia as we are a small local operation at the moment however I will take enquiries for international orders and can set-up a custom order. Feel free to contact to ask!

Question 6

What if my item arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

I take great care in packaging your ceramic bird items to ensure they arrive safely. However, accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item, and I will work with you to find a solution. If the item is still available, I can offer a replacement but if sold out I may have to offer a refund instead.

What is your return policy?

I want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly discuss options if your item is received damaged however as I am a tiny operation, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Can I visit your studio or purchase your ceramics in person?

As I work in my little home studio, it is not open to the public however I do frequent markets and have a few stockists where you can see and purchase by birds in person.
